Walkingmama Strollnetics – walking as a full body workout right on the go
I can be on walk with my child and have full body workout same time.
I don’t have a luxury of having a babysitter to let me go to the gym and lose the baby weight. As almost all mothers, I’ve had a concern of getting back my pre-pregnancy body. And not only. I wanted to excel!
Here a diet alone is not enough. I needed to strengthen the muscles and get them into the shape. Exercise is what I needed. Exercises that could be done right on the go while strolling my jogger during the daily walks. That’s how I invented a Walkingmama Strollnetics
Effectiveness of the things depends on how we approach them. A routine walk with the baby stroller for some moms can be a slow- motion- boring time killer (but thanks God hanging on mobile helps). Or it could be an energizing sport session.
Where’is a difference? It’s my intention. Intention to turn walking into the training. Speed up. Make invisible exercises right on the go. Be conscious: it’s time for my body to work out and for my mind to rest. I walk to get training. It’s my way of sport.
I enjoy this time – my child is sleeping in the stroller while I walk and feel free, sporty and becaming happier with every step.
