Stomach exercise – Magic Ring for abs
Muscle load: lower abdominal
Step 1 Adjust the stroller handle medium high (a bit lower than for the arms exercises). Ensure you have less than 90’ angle between the arms and the ground, but don’t put the handle too much down.
Step 2 Put both hands on your stroller’s handle with the big fingers going UNDER the handle and close to each other – the distance between two palms should be narrow (approx to fit one palm)
Step3 Stick your elbows against the stomach – the elbows should be on the both sides of the stomach center
Important: you must maintain a strong frame between the stroller and your body: don’t shake your hands but hold them stuck to the sides of your body.
Feel your abs muscles – you should push the stroller with your stomach mainly and not with the hands. Hands are just to keep the frame between you and the stroller.
Walk as usually keeping the maintained position. It’s okay to walk entire walking time like this – the position is ergonomic and convenient. After 20-30 minutes you will feel the stomach muscles started to feel the pressure. It means you are doing perfectly right!
