How to get an arms fitness workout while walking with the stroller.
Moms have a fit and shaped arms just naturally: carrying a child is quite a workout. The case is that the triceps is stays untouched because we lifting mostly with the shoulder’s and biceps muscles.

The trick is to grip the stroller’s handle right way to direct the load straight to the arm’s:
Triceps Push Exercise with the stroller:
Step 1 – Adjust the stroller’s handle so that the angle between your elbows and the ground is 90° (it’s usually the most upper position of the handle);
Step 2 – Put both hands on the stroller’s handle. Hold the stroller with your palm so that ALL your fingers would be above the handle;
Attention: your palm should be entirely parallel to the ground. Do not hang down the palm leaving only the fingers on the holder. It won’t make the triceps load.
Step3 – Move as close as possible towards the stroller. Stick your elbows to the sides of your body. If position is right, the elbows should goes a bit beyond your back;
Step 4 –Start walking keeping the maintained position;
Attention: you should be pushing the stroller almost solely with your hands. Feel the triceps. Drop your shoulders and straight your back to get the triceps full load;
- 1. Adjust the stroller’s handle to make 90°angle between the elbows and the ground
- 2. Put both hands on the handle. Grip it with ALL the fingers above the handle.
- Start walking keeping the maintained position: all fingers above the handle, elbowes sticked to the sides
- 3. Move closer to the stroller. Stick your elbows to the sides and move them further back and beyond.
