Clasp your hands in castle and raise above your head. Climb up on your toes and look up. Turn up the hands so that the palms look into the skies. Slowly lean to the right keeping your hands clasped. Stretch even more to the right. Hold for 30 sec and get back standing. Repeat to the left side.
