A Typical Woman’s Morning
Listen carefully. You might just hear it. ‘Creak…sigh, creak…sigh, creak…sigh’.
What is it? It’s the sound of millions of women all over the world, opening their jam-packed wardrobes and thinking ‘I have nothing to wear’.
A typical morning might look something like this:
- rifle through everything you own
- throw various combinations on the bed
- half try on a few things before going back to what you had pulled out first
- look at your watch and panic

Just as Sarah Jessica Parker says, “fashion isn’t a luxury, it’s a right”.
Fashion for the Fearless
Fashionable, figure-shaping and…comfortable? It’s not such an unlikely combination! Just pair some funky leggings with a baggy t-shirt and a cropped jacket to look and feel great. And for a more glamorous evening look, just slip out of your trainers and into a pair of heels – simple!
- Leggings are great for a workout just about anywhere!
- Full of joy and humor: photorealistic prints
- The Motley Stockinet dress is a true find for a mom: practical, comfortable and uplifting!

Sporty Chic for Moms
I love this style. Chic, comfortable and versatile – what every new mom wants! I’m prepared for just about anything a full day can throw at me – leggings, skirt, swimsuit, cycling gloves, sun visor. I’m wearing flats but I’ve got heels in my bag. BTW I love camera bags because of their size and unmatched organizing abilities!

- Leggings, skirt, cycling gloves and a swimsuit: ready for anything
- A full-time mom’s classic look: pants and a sweater. Make it trendy by choosing bright shades!
- A camera bag and a mom’s bag have the same mission: fit in as much as possible and keep everything protected and organised

Tips for Fashion Moms
Here are some more tips that got me through my first few months of being a mom – and beyond!
- Use fabric that doesn’t wrinkle:
jersey, stretch, fine cotton, wool or velvet work great (do you really have time for ironing? ) - Switch looks:
if you need to go out in the evening but don’t have time to go home first, grab a little bag, a scarf or jewellery, and high-heels and pop them into your stroller. Instant glam! - Wear layers:
a leggings/skirt combo is great for walking – and working out – even in the middle of the city.
